(4 personas)


- 4 puerros grandes

- 200 g de patata

- Aceite de oliva

- 500 g de leche desnatada

- 250 g de caldo de ave

- Sal

- Pimienta negra



    Poner en una cazuela el aceite y añadir el puerro limpio cortado en rodajas. Dejar cocinar durante 5 minutos.


     Añadir la patata troceada y dar unas vueltas.


     Verter la leche, el caldo de verduras y dejar cocinar a fuego medio durante 20 minutos, hasta que las verduras estén tiernas.


    Dejar enfriar unos minutos, añadir la sal, la pimienta y triturar la crema. Dejar cocinar durante 5 minutos más.


    Pasar  por un colador fino.


    Adornar con unas hojas de puerro y pimienta.






- La cantidad de leche, caldo... depende del espesor que queramos darle a la crema.
